Scope of Functions

Routine Maintenance
 • Maintenance of common property
 • Landscaping and horticultural works
 • Provision of lighting at common property
 • Provision of essential and lift rescue services
 • Conservancy and cleaning works
 • Building, electrical, sanitary maintenance, etc
 • Maintenance of car parks (as Managing Agent)

Cyclical Maintenance
 • Repairs & Redecoration (eg, repainting)
 • Re-roofing
 • Re-wiring
 • Replacement of water pumps
 • Replacement of booster pumps/water pipes
 • Overhauling & upgrading of lifts
 • Replacement of hoisting ropes/ sheaves of lifts
 • Replacement of centralised refuse chute system's refuse handling equipment
 • Replacement of individual refuse chute flushing system's control panel

Enforcement
 • Enforcement of Town Council By-Laws on use and occupation of common property
 • Collection of service and conservancy charges
 • Control on the use and occupation of common property
