Welcome to Hong Kah Town Council.
Our Town Council was formed on 5 July 1989.
We currently manage 70,000 HDB residential and commercial units in Hong Kah GRC and Chua Chu Kang SMC. Hong Kah GRC comprises five divisions, namely, Bukit Gombak, Hong Kah North, Keat Hong, Nanyang and Yew Tee. Collectively, the six divisions (Hong Kah GRC and Chua Chu Kang SMC) under our management is known as Hong Kah Town. Our Town Council’s role is to manage the common property (eg, void decks, corridors and lifts) in Hong Kah Town.
Our aim is to create an identity for Hong Kah Town, thereby promoting community awareness and pride in our Town. The end objective is to improve the living environment and hence the lifestyle for you, our residents.
Our Logo
The green portion is in the shape of a tree and depicts Hong Kah Town as a town characterised by lovely trees and greenery that beautify the living environment of our residents. The inset of the tree consists of windows and symbolises the flats, which have replaced former forested areas, creating a fresh atmosphere of balance between the urban residential areas and the natural environment.
The blue portion depicts the blue skyline. It signifies the unity of the community under one roof – Hong Kah Town Council.
